ABOUT THE GETAWAY
Morocco Getaways Women´s Expedition is for women who are looking to explore an exotic location together while making lifetime friendships with like minded people.
This is an active trip that will have you exploring all over Southern Morocco, with an optional add-on to view the famous blue city of Chefchaouen. The trip is fully hosted and includes all accommodation, meals, transportation, guides and activities, so all you need to do is arrive and enjoy the experience with your fellow female travelers!

Morocco Getaways will show you the best of Marrakech and surrounding areas over 8 days and 7 nights. Stay in five star Riads, spend the night under the stars at a luxurious desert camp, see the ancient wonders of Kasbah, and more.

You will also be exploring Morocco with like minded women from all over the world. The only thing better than traveling to an exotic location is doing it with a group of friends who will feel like family by the end of the week!
WHO IS THE TRIP FOR?

On this getaway we want to show you the best of Morocco and each day we will take you on an amazing excursion:
​
Day 1 – Arrive: Guests arrive at the airport in Marrakech and will be transported to the Riad. After everyone arrives, we will get to know each other at a special welcome dinner at the hotel.
Day 2 – Marrakech: Start your day with breakfast at the Riad, followed by a full day tour around Marrakech, including stops at Koutoubia, Bahia Palace, and Saadian Tombs. We will have lunch in the famous medina, and then visit the souk, spice markets, and artisan quarter, with a break for traditional afternoon tea. For dinner, with will visit an extremely photogenic restaurant with excellent food and a wonderful dinner show.
Day 3 – Erg Chebbi Desert: After breakfast at the riad, we will jump in our group van and go on a scenic drive to the Sahara Desert. Once we arrive, we will take a sunset camel-back ride to the luxury Saharan camp, where we will have dinner and then a campfire, complete with tribal music and stargazing.
Day 4 – Kasbah Ait Benhaddou: Starting the day with a sunrise breakfast in the desert, we will say goodbye to our desert camp and drive towards Kasbah. On the way we will stop at the Valley of Roses and have lunch in a traditional Berber village, Upon arriving at Kasbah, we will have free time to explore the magnificent UNESCO World Heritage and have dinner at our luxurious nearby hotel.

Days 5-7 – Marrakech: After leaving the Kasbah, we will return to Marrakech through the photogenic Tiz’n Tichka Peak. We will return to our original riad and spend the next few days exploring Marrakech, including a traditional Hammam and Spa Treatment, guided tour of Majorelle Gardens, visit to Yves Saint Laurent Museum, a Tagine Cooking Class, tour of the design district, and finally a farewell dinner on the last night.
Day 8 – Departure: We will have our final group breakfast, reflect on the amazing week we had together, and say our goodbyes!
Day 9 – 11 (optional – additional cost): Northern Morocco: Explore the famous Blue City of Chefchaouen, complete with a luxurious riad stay, meals in some special local secrets, and a professional photo shoot to create enough Instagram photos to have your feed set for the next year! Finally, end the trip in Moroccos capital city Rabat for the last day and night of the trip.

In case you are looking to experience even more of Morocco, we offer an optional 3 day add on after the main itinerary to visit the famous Chefchaouen Blue City and Rabat!
If one week is not enough for you, Experience Morocco has 3-Night Northern Excursion that you can add to the end of your trip. You will spend two nights in the Chefchaouen, a location made famous by it’s amazing blue colors throughout the city. Get lost in the winding streets of this mountain village, and be sure to bring your favorite blue dress to fit in as we will have a professional photo-shoot here! The third day and night will be in Rabat, Moroccos capital city where you will get end your Moroccan adventure!
